cannot make any comments on the quality of the product.
The TV arrived with the screen damaged probably during transport.
An immediate replacement was promissed by amazon, but they discovered the next day that they do not have enough in stock and delayed my shipment for a month or so. Not a big deal besides being stuck at home for the pick-up of the damaged TV. Amazon should have a better process when they do inventory management.
I cancelled the order and bought the tv elsewhere.

Got this set for $479, good price for a good set I think. No installation issues, came right up and works just fine. I'm waiting for the burn in period before I correct the colors - they seem a bit "loud" out of the box. Watching football on it as I type - not a problem with lots of movement. Looks great, good sound. Makes a nice set for the bedroom.

I bought this TV last Christmas season and paid $649...and at the time I was thrilled, compared this to many many other brands, some cheaper, some more expensive. This had by far the best picture of all. Some complain about sound quality but for a TV with small 10w speakers the sound is fine, face it, you can' get theatre quality sound from a TV, if you want that spend the money on a home theatre system. I really have no complaints about the TV, the picture is great from Dish Network, over the air, and an upconverting DVD player. I would highly reccoment this TV.

I bought 37" Toshiba Flat Screen of my choice, I like what I saw on arrival, the packaging was good and the handler did a very good job.
I have been using it non-stop for the past 4 months because I work from home, so it is always on and my kids are with me.
If i have the need to buy any hardware again, I will select products from amazon, because it was deliver promptly and in tact.

As I have mentioned before, this TV is $1,600 to $2,000 to fix as quoted by a "certifiable" Toshiba repair shop. Lovely isn't it?
